The 6:30 am question
Every parent wants to feed their child well — the hard part is thinking of it every single day.
The bus comes at 7. What goes in the tiffin today? Paratha again? Bread-jam again?
You made it with love — it came home untouched. What do children actually eat at school?
Quick and easy — but how much sugar and salt is hiding in them? How do you read the label?
Summer heat, monsoon damp — what stays safe till lunch, and what does not?
Fussy eaters — how to get greens, dal and millets in without a daily fight.
How much does a 4-year-old need, and how much a 10-year-old? Portions by age, at a glance.
This guide answers exactly these questions — simple words, home food, matched to your state and season.

Common questions
Is this a diet plan from a doctor?
No. It is a general information guide for home food and school tiffins, written in simple words from public sources (ICMR-NIN, NFHS-5, FSSAI, WHO and others — the full list is in the book). It does not replace a doctor, paediatrician or registered dietitian. If your child has an illness, allergy or a weight concern, ask the doctor before making big changes.
Will it increase my child’s height, brain power or immunity?
The book makes no such claim — and we think you should be careful of anyone who does. It is about balanced, everyday home food and a safe tiffin.
My state is not in the Hindi edition. What do I do?
The Hindi edition covers the 13 Hindi-speaking states/UTs. This English edition covers all 36 states/UTs of India — including the tiffin planner for every state.
What is the tiffin planner? Do I need it?
It is an optional add-on (₹99) at checkout: a ready chart for the whole year for your state — 4 weeks × Mon–Sat each month, a weekly shopping list, night-before prep and recipe cards. The guide is complete on its own; the planner just saves you the daily planning.
We are vegetarian / we eat eggs — will it work?
Yes. Most recipes are vegetarian, and egg options are given separately for homes that eat eggs. You can always swap ingredients to suit your family.
How will I get the book? Will a printed copy come?
It is a digital PDF. As soon as you pay, the download button opens, and the link also comes on email and WhatsApp. No postage, no waiting. You can print it yourself.
Is the payment safe? Will I get an invoice?
Payment goes through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets. Your card or bank details never reach us. Every order comes with a GST invoice.
Why is my name printed on the PDF?
Each buyer’s copy carries their name and a unique Copy ID, so the book is not passed around. It does not get in the way of reading.
What if the download fails or the PDF won’t open?
Tell us within 7 days — we will send a new link or refund you in full. You can reach us on WhatsApp or email.
