1ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಹೇಗೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ

1. ಅದೇ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ: ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ತಕ್ಷಣ "ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು" ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ "PDF ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ" ಬಟನ್ ಮತ್ತು GST ಬಿಲ್.
2. ಇಮೇಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ: ಕೆಲವೇ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಬಟನ್ ಇರುವ ಇಮೇಲ್, GST ಬಿಲ್ PDF ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದೆ.
3. WhatsApp ನಲ್ಲಿ: ನೀವು ಚೆಕ್‌ಔಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ WhatsApp ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಲ್ WhatsApp ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ.

ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುದ್ರಿತ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಅಥವಾ ಭೌತಿಕ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

2ಡೆಲಿವರಿಯ ಸಮಯ

ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟ ತಕ್ಷಣ. ಇಮೇಲ್ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ 1–10 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಲುಪುತ್ತದೆ — ಇನ್‌ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾಮ್/ಪ್ರಮೋಷನ್ಸ್ ಫೋಲ್ಡರ್ ಕೂಡ ನೋಡಿ. ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನಿಂದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಬರಲು ಕೆಲವು ನಿಮಿಷಗಳು ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಆಗ "ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು" ಪುಟ ತಾನಾಗಿಯೇ ರಿಫ್ರೆಶ್ ಆಗಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಸಿಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ.

3ಲಿಂಕ್‌ನ ಅವಧಿ, ಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು

• ಪ್ರತಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯ — 30 ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಫೈಲ್ 5 ಬಾರಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
• ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ನಂತರ PDF ಅನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಫೋನ್/ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ (ಅಥವಾ Google Drive/ಇಮೇಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ) ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ — ಆಮೇಲೆ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಲಿಂಕ್‌ನ ಅವಧಿ/ಮಿತಿ ಮುಗಿದರೆ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ — ಸೂಕ್ತ ವಿನಂತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಹೊಸ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ದುರುಪಯೋಗ (ಉದಾ: ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚುವುದು) ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ ಹೊಸ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರದೇಶ

ಯಾವುದೇ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಇಲ್ಲ — ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸೇರಿದೆ (GST ಸಹಿತ). ಪಾವತಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

5ತಪ್ಪು ಇಮೇಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ

ಚೆಕ್‌ಔಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಮೇಲ್/ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ID ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ — ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ ನಾವು ಸರಿಯಾದ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಗುರುತನ್ನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.

6ಡೆಲಿವರಿಯ ಪುರಾವೆ

"ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು" ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಬಟನ್ ಕಾಣಿಸುವುದು, ಇಮೇಲ್/WhatsApp ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ವರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ದಾಖಲೆ (ಸಮಯ, IP, ಸಾಧನ) — ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಡೆಲಿವರಿಯ ಪುರಾವೆ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

1How you receive the book

1. On the same page: once payment completes, the "Thank you" page shows a "Download PDF" button for each book plus the GST invoice.
2. By email: within minutes, an email with download buttons and the GST invoice PDF attached.
3. On WhatsApp: if you opted in at checkout, links and invoice on WhatsApp too.

No printed book or physical goods are shipped.

2Delivery time

Instantly on payment confirmation. Email usually arrives in 1–10 minutes — check your spam/promotions folder too. If bank confirmation takes a few minutes, the "Thank you" page refreshes automatically and shows the downloads. If you have not received the book within 24 hours, write to us with your order number.

3Link validity, limits and saving

Each link is unique and confidential to your order — valid for 30 days and 5 downloads per file. After downloading, save the PDF on your device (or Google Drive/email). If a link expires or hits its limit, write to us with your order number — we issue a new link on reasonable request. No new link is issued where misuse (e.g. sharing the link) is detected.

4Charges and coverage

No delivery charge — everything is included in the price (GST inclusive). Payment is in Indian Rupees; once payment succeeds the book can be downloaded from anywhere.

5Wrong email or number

If you entered a wrong email/number at checkout, write to us with your order number or payment ID — after verification we will send the link to the correct address. We may verify your identity for security.

6Proof of delivery

Display of download buttons on the "Thank you" page, records of email/WhatsApp dispatch, and our server download records (time, IP, device) are treated as proof of successful delivery.
