2ഞങ്ങൾ ഏതൊക്കെ വിവരങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുന്നു

• ऑर्डर पर: नाम, ईमेल, मोबाइल नंबर, राज्य (GST के लिए), वैकल्पिक GSTIN, ख़रीदी गई किताबें, राशि, Razorpay ऑर्डर/पेमेंट ID।
• सुरक्षा और सबूत के लिए: चेकआउट पर सहमति का समय, IP पता और डिवाइस/ब्राउज़र; हर डाउनलोड का समय, IP और डिवाइस।
• WhatsApp पर: आपका नंबर, प्रोफ़ाइल नाम और आपके भेजे संदेश (अगर आप हमें लिखें या चेकआउट पर मोबाइल नंबर दें)। अगर आपने चेकआउट पर "याद दिलाएँ" चुना और पेमेंट पूरा नहीं हुआ, तो हम उस ऑर्डर के बारे में सिर्फ़ एक WhatsApp याद भेजते हैं; "STOP" लिखकर कभी भी बंद करें।
• "मुझे बताएँ" सूची: नाम और WhatsApp नंबर।
• नई किताबों की सूचना: सिर्फ़ तब, जब आपने "मुझे बताएँ" या चेकआउट पर "नई किताबें आने पर बताएँ" चुना हो (ईमेल से ख़रीदारों को भी कभी-कभी)। हर ईमेल में "सूचनाएँ बंद करें" लिंक होता है; WhatsApp पर "STOP" लिखें।
• कुकीज़, Meta Pixel और Google: एक ज़रूरी सेशन कुकी (सुरक्षा व फ़ॉर्म के लिए)। साथ ही हम Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics / Google Ads और ShareChat / Moj Pixel की कुकी इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जो यह मापती हैं कि हमारे विज्ञापन से कितने लोग आए और ख़रीदा — जैसे पेज देखना, चेकआउट शुरू करना, ख़रीद पूरी होना और राशि — और Facebook/Instagram/Google/ShareChat/Moj पर हमारे विज्ञापन उन लोगों को दोबारा दिखा सकती हैं जो पहले साइट पर आ चुके हैं (रीमार्केटिंग)। ख़रीद के समय आपका ईमेल व मोबाइल hash (कूट-रूप) करके ही Meta और Google ("Enhanced conversions") को जाता है, सीधे नहीं; ShareChat को सिर्फ़ इवेंट और राशि जाती है, ईमेल/मोबाइल नहीं। डाउनलोड लिंक, पता या भुगतान की जानकारी इन्हें कभी नहीं जाती। Google इस जानकारी का कैसे इस्तेमाल करता है: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites। आप कुकी-पट्टी पर "सिर्फ़ ज़रूरी" चुनकर, Facebook की Ad Preferences, Google की My Ad Center, ब्राउज़र में कुकी ब्लॉक करके या ad-blocker से इसे रोक सकते हैं — किताब ख़रीदने पर इसका कोई असर नहीं पड़ता।
• विज्ञापन सूची (Meta Custom Audience / Google Customer Match): Facebook/Instagram/Google पर सही लोगों को विज्ञापन दिखाने के लिए — जैसे जिन्होंने किताब पहले से ख़रीदी है उन्हें वही विज्ञापन न दिखे, या जिनका ऑर्डर अधूरा रह गया उन्हें याद दिलाया जाए — हम आपका ईमेल/मोबाइल Meta की "Custom Audience" या Google की "Customer Match" सुविधा में दे सकते हैं। यह जानकारी अपलोड से पहले hash (कूट-रूप) होती है, मिलान के बाद हटा दी जाती है, और किसी और को नहीं दिखाई जाती। इससे बाहर होना हो तो contact@fitjeevan.co.in पर लिखें या किसी भी ईमेल के नीचे "सूचनाएँ बंद करें" दबाएँ — हम आपको अगली सूची से हटा देंगे।

हम कार्ड नंबर, CVV, UPI PIN या बैंक पासवर्ड कभी नहीं लेते या देखते।

• പുസ്തകം ഡെലിവർ ചെയ്യാനും ഡൗൺലോഡ് ലിങ്കും GST ബില്ലും അയയ്ക്കാനും.
• ഉപഭോക്തൃ സഹായത്തിനും പരാതി പരിഹാരത്തിനും.
• തട്ടിപ്പ് തടയാനും ഡൗൺലോഡ് പരിധി നടപ്പാക്കാനും പേയ്മെന്റ് തർക്കങ്ങളിൽ/ചാർജ്ബാക്കിൽ തെളിവ് നൽകാനും.
• GST-യും മറ്റ് നിയമപരമായ ബാധ്യതകളും നിറവേറ്റാൻ.
• പുതിയ പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ അറിയിപ്പ് — നിങ്ങളുടെ സമ്മതത്തോടെ ("എന്നെ അറിയിക്കൂ") മാത്രം.

4ആരുമായി പങ്കിടുന്നു

सिर्फ़ उतनी, जितनी सेवा के लिए ज़रूरी: Razorpay (भुगतान), Hostinger (वेबसाइट व ईमेल होस्टिंग), Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (अगर आपने WhatsApp चुना), Meta Pixel, Google (Analytics / Ads) और ShareChat / Moj (विज्ञापन का असर मापने के लिए, ऊपर देखें), और क़ानूनी रूप से ज़रूरी होने पर सरकारी/कर अधिकारी। इनके अलावा किसी को नहीं — हम आपकी जानकारी कभी बेचते नहीं।

മുഴുവൻ വെബ്സൈറ്റും HTTPS-ൽ ആണ്; പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ ഫയലുകൾ നേരിട്ട് തുറക്കാനാകാത്ത സ്വകാര്യ ഫോൾഡറിലാണ്; ഓരോ ഓർഡറിനും രഹസ്യ ലിങ്ക്; പാസ്‌വേഡ് സംരക്ഷിത അഡ്മിൻ; പേയ്മെന്റ് Razorpay-യിൽ (PCI-DSS പാലിക്കുന്നത്). എങ്കിലും ഇന്റർനെറ്റിലെ ഒരു സംവിധാനവും 100% സുരക്ഷിതമല്ല — എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ നിയമപ്രകാരം ഞങ്ങൾ അറിയിക്കും.

7നിങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ

DPDP നിയമം, 2023 പ്രകാരം നിങ്ങളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണാനും തിരുത്താനും പുതുക്കാനും നീക്കം ചെയ്യിക്കാനും (നിയമപരമായി ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ ഒഴികെ), സമ്മതം പിൻവലിക്കാനും, പരാതി നൽകാനും നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ട്. ഓർഡർ നമ്പർ/മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ സഹിതം contact@fitjeevan.co.in-ലേക്ക് അഭ്യർത്ഥന അയയ്ക്കുക — നിങ്ങളുടെ തിരിച്ചറിയൽ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച ശേഷം 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ മറുപടി നൽകും. തൃപ്തരല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഡാറ്റ പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷൻ ബോർഡിനെ സമീപിക്കാം.

8കുട്ടികൾ

1Who is responsible

ANSYS (FitJeevan), Ward No-10, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Nagar, Jhinjhak, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh - 209302, is the "data fiduciary" for your personal data. Questions/requests: Grievance Officer Manish Prajapati — contact@fitjeevan.co.in.

2What we collect

• On orders: name, email, mobile, state (for GST), optional GSTIN, books purchased, amount, Razorpay order/payment IDs.
• For security and evidence: time, IP address and device/browser of your checkout consent; time, IP and device of each download.
• On WhatsApp: your number, profile name and messages you send (if you message us or give your mobile number at checkout). If you ticked "remind me" at checkout and did not complete payment, we send one WhatsApp reminder about that order; reply "STOP" anytime to opt out.
• Waitlist: name and WhatsApp number.
• New-book announcements: only if you joined a waitlist or ticked "tell me about new books" at checkout (past buyers may occasionally get an email). Every email has an unsubscribe link; reply "STOP" on WhatsApp.
• Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google: one essential session cookie (security and forms). We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics / Google Ads and ShareChat / Moj Pixel cookies to measure how many people came from our ads and bought — e.g. page views, checkout started, purchase completed and amount — and to show our ads again on Facebook/Instagram/Google/ShareChat/Moj to people who visited our site (remarketing). At purchase, your email and mobile are sent to Meta and Google ("Enhanced conversions") only in hashed (encoded) form, never in plain text; ShareChat receives only the event and amount, not your email/mobile. Download links, address and payment details are never sent to them. How Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can limit this by choosing "Essential only" on the cookie bar, via Facebook Ad Preferences, Google My Ad Center, by blocking cookies in your browser, or with an ad-blocker — it does not affect your purchase.
• Advertising lists (Meta Custom Audience / Google Customer Match): to show ads to the right people on Facebook/Instagram/Google — e.g. not showing a book's ad to people who already bought it, or reminding someone whose order was left incomplete — we may provide your email/mobile to Meta's "Custom Audience" or Google's "Customer Match" feature. This data is hashed before upload, deleted after matching, and not shown to anyone else. To opt out, write to contact@fitjeevan.co.in or click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email — we will remove you from the next list.

We never collect or see card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank passwords.

3Why we use it

To deliver books and send download links and GST invoices; customer support and grievance redressal; fraud prevention, enforcing download limits and providing evidence in payment disputes/chargebacks; meeting GST and other legal obligations; and new-book notifications only with your consent (waitlist).

4Who we share it with

Only as needed for the service: Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (website and email hosting), Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (if you chose WhatsApp), Meta Pixel, Google (Analytics / Ads) and ShareChat / Moj (ad measurement, see above), and government/tax authorities where legally required. No one else — we never sell your data.

5How long we keep it

Orders, invoices, consent and download records: for the period required by GST law (about 8 years), so invoices and dispute evidence remain available. Waitlist: until the launch notice is sent or you reply "STOP". WhatsApp conversations: up to 2 years.

6Security

The site runs on HTTPS; book files sit in a private folder not directly accessible; each order has a confidential link; admin is password-protected; payments run on Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). No internet system is 100% secure — if we detect a breach we will notify as required by law.

7Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may access, correct, update and erase your data (except records we must keep by law), withdraw consent and raise a grievance. Send requests to contact@fitjeevan.co.in with your order or mobile number — we respond within 30 days after verifying your identity. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8Children

Our website is not intended to collect data from anyone under 18. Purchases for children should be made by a parent/guardian.

9Changes and contact
