1আমরা কারা এবং এই নিয়মগুলি কাদের উপর প্রযোজ্য

FitJeevan ব্র্যান্ড এবং ওয়েবসাইট fitjeevan.co.in পরিচালনা করে ANSYS (প্রোপ্রাইটরশিপ ফার্ম, GSTIN: 09CSZPP7741J1ZL, ঠিকানা: Ward No-10, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Nagar, Jhinjhak, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh - 209302) — এরপর থেকে "আমরা", "আমাদের" বা "FitJeevan"। "আপনি" মানে যিনি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করেন বা বই কেনেন।

ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে, "আমাকে জানান" তালিকায় নাম দিলে বা অর্ডার করলে আপনি এই নিয়মগুলি, আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতি, ডেলিভারি নীতি, প্রাইভেসি পলিসি এবং স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত দায়মুক্তি-তে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। চেকআউটে আপনি একটি বক্সে ✓ দিয়ে এই সম্মতি দেন, যা সময়, IP ঠিকানা এবং ডিভাইস সহ রেকর্ড করা হয়।

2কে কিনতে পারেন

কেনার জন্য আপনার বয়স অন্তত 18 বছর হতে হবে, অথবা আপনাকে বাবা-মা/অভিভাবকের অনুমতি নিয়ে কিনতে হবে। সঠিক নাম, ইমেল, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং রাজ্য দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব আপনার — ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি বা বিলে কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমরা দায়ী নই।

3প্রোডাক্ট

• আমরা স্বাস্থ্য বিষয়ক বই ডিজিটাল PDF হিসেবে বিক্রি করি। কোনো ছাপা বই বা অন্য কোনো জিনিসপত্র পাঠানো হয় না।
• প্রতিটি বইয়ের বিবরণ, পৃষ্ঠা সংখ্যা, সূচিপত্র এবং আসল নমুনা পৃষ্ঠা ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া আছে। ছোটখাটো ডিজাইন/রঙের পার্থক্য (স্ক্রিন অনুযায়ী) ত্রুটি বলে গণ্য হবে না।
• "শিগগিরই আসছে" লেখা বইগুলি বিক্রির জন্য নয়; সেগুলির প্রকাশের তারিখ বা বিষয়বস্তু বদলাতে পারে।

4দাম, GST এবং পেমেন্ট

• সব দাম ভারতীয় টাকায় (₹) এবং GST সহ। প্রতিটি অর্ডারে GST বিল দেওয়া হয়।
• পেমেন্ট হয় Razorpay-এর নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে (UPI, কার্ড, নেটব্যাঙ্কিং, ওয়ালেট)। আমরা আপনার কার্ড/ব্যাঙ্কের বিবরণ দেখি না বা সেভ করি না।
• দাম কোনো নোটিস ছাড়াই বদলাতে পারে; আপনার অর্ডারে সেই দামই প্রযোজ্য হবে যা পেমেন্টের সময় ছিল।
• যদি প্রযুক্তিগত ভুলে কোনো দাম একেবারে ভুল দেখায় (যেমন ₹0), তাহলে ডেলিভারির আগে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করে পুরো টাকা ফেরত দিতে পারি।

5ডেলিভারি এবং ডাউনলোড

পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডাউনলোড বোতাম সেই পেজেই পাবেন, আর লিঙ্ক ও GST বিল আপনার ইমেলে (এবং বেছে নিলে WhatsApp-এ) পাঠানো হয়। প্রতিটি লিঙ্ক আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য আলাদা ও গোপনীয়, যা 30 দিন পর্যন্ত এবং প্রতিটি ফাইলের জন্য 5 বার কাজ করে। বইটি নিজের ফোন/কম্পিউটারে সেভ করে রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য: ডেলিভারি নীতি।

6লাইসেন্স — আপনি কী করতে পারেন, কী পারেন না

বই কিনলে আপনি তার মালিকানা পান না, বরং পান একটি ব্যক্তিগত, হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় (non-transferable), সীমিত ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স।

7কপিরাইট এবং লঙ্ঘন

সমস্ত বই, ডিজাইন, ছবি, লোগো এবং ওয়েবসাইটের বিষয়বস্তুর কপিরাইট ANSYS / FitJeevan বা তার লেখকদের কাছে সংরক্ষিত (কপিরাইট আইন, 1957)। প্রতিটি ডাউনলোডের রেকর্ড (সময়, IP, ডিভাইস) রাখা হয়। লঙ্ঘন পাওয়া গেলে আমরা রিফান্ড ছাড়াই অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করতে পারি, এবং কপিরাইট আইন 1957 ও তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি আইন 2000 অনুযায়ী আইনি ব্যবস্থা (ক্ষতিপূরণ সহ) নিতে পারি।

8বাতিল এবং রিফান্ড

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডেলিভার হয়, তাই পেমেন্টের পরে অর্ডার বাতিল হয় না এবং ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক পাওয়ার পরে রিফান্ড হয় না। রিফান্ড শুধু তিনটি প্রযুক্তিগত ক্ষেত্রে — বই না পাওয়া, দু'বার টাকা কাটা, বা ফাইল খারাপ হওয়া — 7 দিনের মধ্যে। সম্পূর্ণ শর্তাবলি: রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ নীতি।

9স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত দায়মুক্তি

আমাদের বইগুলি শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ শিক্ষামূলক তথ্যের জন্য। এগুলি কোনো ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ, পরীক্ষা বা চিকিৎসার বিকল্প নয়। কোনো ওষুধ, প্রতিকার বা পরিবর্তনের আগে একজন যোগ্য ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন। জরুরি অবস্থায় সঙ্গে সঙ্গে 112/108-এ কল করুন। ফলাফল প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা হতে পারে — আমরা কোনো ফলাফলের গ্যারান্টি দিই না। সম্পূর্ণ পড়ুন: স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত দায়মুক্তি।

10দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা

আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, কোনো অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো দাবিতে আমাদের মোট দায় সেই অর্ডারের জন্য আপনার দেওয়া টাকার বেশি হবে না। কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণামগত ক্ষতির (যেমন স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্তের ফলাফল, ডেটা বা সময়ের ক্ষতি) জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না। ইন্টারনেট, ব্যাঙ্ক, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা ইমেল পরিষেবার বিঘ্ন আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।

11ওয়েবসাইটের সঠিক ব্যবহার

ওয়েবসাইটের সঙ্গে কারসাজি, হ্যাকিং, বট/স্ক্রিপ্ট দিয়ে অর্ডার বা ফর্ম পূরণ, চুরি করা কার্ড/অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে পেমেন্ট, বা অন্যদের হয়রানি করা নিষেধ। এমন ক্ষেত্রে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল/স্থগিত করতে পারি, অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করতে পারি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে পারি। নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করে আমাদের যে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে তার ক্ষতিপূরণ (indemnity) দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

12ইমেল এবং WhatsApp বার্তা

অর্ডার করলে আপনি অর্ডার, ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক, বিল এবং সহায়তা সংক্রান্ত বার্তা ইমেলে পেতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন; WhatsApp বার্তা শুধু তখনই, যখন আপনি চেকআউটে WhatsApp বিকল্প বেছে নেন বা আমাদের WhatsApp-এ লেখেন। নতুন বইয়ের খবর আসে শুধু "আমাকে জানান" তালিকায় নাম দিলে — "STOP" লিখে যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ করুন।

13অভিযোগ, বিরোধ এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন

যেকোনো অভিযোগের জন্য প্রথমে আমাদের অভিযোগ আধিকারিক Manish Prajapati (Proprietor, ANSYS)-এর সঙ্গে contact@fitjeevan.co.in বা WhatsApp +91 73790 91769-এ যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা 48 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করি এবং 30 দিনের মধ্যে সমাধান করি। এই নিয়মগুলি ভারতের আইন অনুযায়ী; যেকোনো বিরোধে কানপুর দেহাত (উত্তর প্রদেশ)-এর আদালতের এখতিয়ার থাকবে। এতে ক্রেতা সুরক্ষা আইন, 2019 অনুযায়ী আপনার আইনগত অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ হয় না।

14নিয়মে পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই নিয়মগুলি আপডেট করতে পারি; নতুন সংস্করণ তারিখ সহ এই পেজেই দেখা যাবে। আপনার অর্ডারে সেই সংস্করণই প্রযোজ্য হবে যা পেমেন্টের সময় ছিল (সংস্করণ: 2026-10-14)। এই নিয়মগুলির কোনো অংশ অবৈধ বলে গণ্য হলে, বাকি অংশগুলি বলবৎ থাকবে।

1Who we are and scope

The FitJeevan brand and the website fitjeevan.co.in are operated by ANSYS (proprietorship firm, GSTIN: 09CSZPP7741J1ZL, address: Ward No-10, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Nagar, Jhinjhak, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh - 209302) — "we", "us" or "FitJeevan". "You" means anyone using the website or buying a book. By using the website, joining a waitlist or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer. At checkout you give this consent by ticking a box, recorded with the time, IP address and device.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchase with a parent/guardian's permission. You are responsible for providing a correct name, email, mobile number and state; we are not responsible for delivery or invoicing issues caused by incorrect details.

3Products

We sell Hindi health books as digital PDFs; no printed book or physical goods are shipped. Descriptions, page counts, contents and real sample pages are shown on the website; minor visual differences across screens are not defects. "Coming soon" books are not for sale and their launch date or content may change.

4Prices, GST and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST; a GST invoice is issued for every order. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets); we never see or store your card/bank details. Prices may change without notice; your order is charged at the price shown at payment. If a price is shown grossly wrong due to a technical error, we may cancel the order before delivery with a full refund.

5Delivery and downloads

On payment confirmation, download buttons appear on the same page and links plus the GST invoice are sent by email (and WhatsApp, if chosen). Each link is unique and confidential to your order, valid for 30 days and 5 downloads per file. Saving the book to your device is your responsibility. See the Delivery Policy.

6Licence — what you may and may not do

Buying a book gives you a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to use it — not ownership of the content.

7Copyright and infringement

All books, designs, illustrations, logos and website content are copyright of ANSYS / FitJeevan or its authors (Copyright Act, 1957). Every download is logged (time, IP, device). On infringement we may revoke access without refund and take legal action, including damages, under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

8Cancellation and refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled after payment and are non-refundable once the download link is provided. Refunds apply only in three technical situations — non-delivery, double charge, or defective file — reported within 7 days. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9Health disclaimer

Our books provide general educational information only and are not a substitute for a doctor's advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified doctor before any medicine, remedy or change. 10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including outcomes of health decisions, or loss of data or time). Interruptions of internet, bank, payment gateway or email services are beyond our control.

11Acceptable use

Tampering, hacking, using bots/scripts to place orders or submit forms, paying with stolen cards/accounts, or harassing others is prohibited. We may cancel or block orders, revoke access and inform authorities. You agree to indemnify us for any loss caused by your breach of these Terms.

12Email and WhatsApp messages

By ordering you agree to receive order, download, invoice and support messages by email; WhatsApp messages only if you opt in at checkout or message us on WhatsApp. New-book notifications are sent only if you join a waitlist — reply "STOP" anytime to unsubscribe.

13Grievances, disputes and governing law

For any complaint, first contact our Grievance Officer Manish Prajapati (Proprietor, ANSYS) at contact@fitjeevan.co.in or WhatsApp +91 73790 91769. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the new version appears on this page with its date. Your order is governed by the version in force at the time of payment (version: 2026-10-14). If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
