1ನಾವು ಯಾರು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ

FitJeevan ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು fitjeevan.co.in ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ANSYS (ಪ್ರೊಪ್ರೈಟರ್‌ಶಿಪ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, GSTIN: 09CSZPP7741J1ZL, ವಿಳಾಸ: Ward No-10, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Nagar, Jhinjhak, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh - 209302) ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ — ಮುಂದೆ ಇದನ್ನು "ನಾವು", "ನಮ್ಮ" ಅಥವಾ "FitJeevan" ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. "ನೀವು" ಎಂದರೆ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಬಳಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ.

ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಬಳಸಿದರೆ, "ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ" ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ನೀವು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀತಿ, ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ನೀತಿ, ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ನೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಿರಾಕರಣೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಚೆಕ್‌ಔಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ✓ ಹಾಕುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀವು ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತೀರಿ; ಇದು ಸಮಯ, IP ವಿಳಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧನದ ವಿವರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

2ಯಾರು ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದು

ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು, ಅಥವಾ ನೀವು ತಂದೆ-ತಾಯಿ/ಪೋಷಕರ ಅನುಮತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಖರೀದಿಸುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ಸರಿಯಾದ ಹೆಸರು, ಇಮೇಲ್, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ — ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲ.

3ಪ್ರಾಡಕ್ಟ್

• ನಾವು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ PDF ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುದ್ರಿತ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಅಥವಾ ಭೌತಿಕ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಪ್ರತಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ವಿವರ, ಪುಟಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ವಿಷಯಸೂಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಜವಾದ ಮಾದರಿ ಪುಟಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ/ಬಣ್ಣದ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು (ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನ್‌ಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ) ದೋಷವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• "ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಬರಲಿವೆ" ಎಂದಿರುವ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಅವುಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಷಯ ಬದಲಾಗಬಹುದು.

4ಬೆಲೆ, GST ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ

• ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಲೆಗಳು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೂಪಾಯಿ (₹) ಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು GST ಸಹಿತ ಇವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ GST ಬಿಲ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
• ಪಾವತಿ Razorpay ನ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ (UPI, ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ನೆಟ್‌ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್, ವಾಲೆಟ್). ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಡ್/ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಸೇವ್ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಬೆಲೆಗಳು ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಬದಲಾಗಬಹುದು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬೆಲೆಯೇ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
• ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ದೋಷದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೆಲೆ ತುಂಬಾ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿದರೆ (ಉದಾ: ₹0), ಡೆಲಿವರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ನಾವು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಬಹುದು.

5ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್

ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಬಟನ್ ಅದೇ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ GST ಬಿಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಇಮೇಲ್‌ಗೆ (ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ WhatsApp ಗೆ) ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಲಿಂಕ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ; ಇದು 30 ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಫೈಲ್‌ಗೆ 5 ಬಾರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಫೋನ್/ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ. ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ: ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ನೀತಿ.

6ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ — ನೀವು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು, ಏನು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು

ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಖರೀದಿಸಿದಾಗ ನಿಮಗೆ ಅದರ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಬದಲಾಗಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ, ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗದ (non-transferable), ಸೀಮಿತ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ.

7ಕಾಪಿರೈಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು, ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ, ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು, ಲೋಗೋ ಮತ್ತು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ವಿಷಯದ ಕಾಪಿರೈಟ್ ANSYS / FitJeevan ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಲೇಖಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದೆ (ಕಾಪಿರೈಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 1957). ಪ್ರತಿ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್‌ನ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು (ಸಮಯ, IP, ಸಾಧನ) ಇಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ, ನಾವು ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಕ್ಸೆಸ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು, ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಪಿರೈಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1957 ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2000 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ (ನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ) ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.

8ರದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫಂಡ್

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪ್ರಾಡಕ್ಟ್ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಡೆಲಿವರ್ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ನಂತರ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ನಂತರ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಕೇವಲ ಮೂರು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ — ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಸಿಗದಿರುವುದು, ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಹಣ ಕಡಿತವಾಗುವುದು, ಅಥವಾ ಫೈಲ್ ಹಾಳಾಗಿರುವುದು — 7 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ. ಪೂರ್ಣ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು: ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ರದ್ದತಿ ನೀತಿ.

9ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಿರಾಕರಣೆ

ನಮ್ಮ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಇವು ಯಾವುದೇ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯವಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಔಷಧ, ಉಪಾಯ ಅಥವಾ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಅರ್ಹ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ. ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ 112/108 ಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ. ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಆಗಿರಬಹುದು — ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಓದಿ: ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಿರಾಕರಣೆ.

10ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯ ಮಿತಿ

ಕಾನೂನು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ಲೇಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಒಟ್ಟು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಆ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರೋಕ್ಷ, ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಣಾಮಾತ್ಮಕ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ (ಉದಾ: ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳು, ಡೇಟಾ ಅಥವಾ ಸಮಯದ ನಷ್ಟ) ನಾವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್, ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಅಥವಾ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಡಚಣೆ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀರಿದ್ದು.

11ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಬಳಕೆ

ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಹ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್, ಬಾಟ್/ಸ್ಕ್ರಿಪ್ಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅಥವಾ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ತುಂಬುವುದು, ಕದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಡ್/ಖಾತೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾವತಿ, ಅಥವಾ ಇತರರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಕೊಡುವುದು ನಿಷೇಧ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ರದ್ದು/ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಬಹುದು, ಆಕ್ಸೆಸ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದು. ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ಭರಿಸುವುದು (indemnity) ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

12ಇಮೇಲ್ ಮತ್ತು WhatsApp ಸಂದೇಶಗಳು

ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ, ಆರ್ಡರ್, ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಲಿಂಕ್, ಬಿಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಇಮೇಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ; WhatsApp ಸಂದೇಶಗಳು ನೀವು ಚೆಕ್‌ಔಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ WhatsApp ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ನಮಗೆ WhatsApp ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬರುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೊಸ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳ ಸೂಚನೆ "ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ" ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ — "STOP" ಎಂದು ಬರೆದು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ.

13ದೂರು, ವಿವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ಕಾನೂನು

ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೊದಲು ನಮ್ಮ ದೂರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ Manish Prajapati (Proprietor, ANSYS) ಅವರನ್ನು contact@fitjeevan.co.in ಅಥವಾ WhatsApp +91 73790 91769 ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ. ನಾವು 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇವೆ; ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನ್ಪುರ ದೇಹಾತ್ (ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ) ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 2019 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗಿರುವ ಶಾಸನಬದ್ಧ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

14ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ

ನಾವು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್‌ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು; ಹೊಸ ಆವೃತ್ತಿ ಇದೇ ಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯೇ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ (ಆವೃತ್ತಿ: 2026-10-14). ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಭಾಗ ಅಮಾನ್ಯವೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ, ಉಳಿದ ಭಾಗಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

The FitJeevan brand and the website fitjeevan.co.in are operated by ANSYS (proprietorship firm, GSTIN: 09CSZPP7741J1ZL, address: Ward No-10, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Nagar, Jhinjhak, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh - 209302) — "we", "us" or "FitJeevan". "You" means anyone using the website or buying a book. By using the website, joining a waitlist or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer. At checkout you give this consent by ticking a box, recorded with the time, IP address and device.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchase with a parent/guardian's permission. You are responsible for providing a correct name, email, mobile number and state; we are not responsible for delivery or invoicing issues caused by incorrect details.

3Products

We sell Hindi health books as digital PDFs; no printed book or physical goods are shipped. Descriptions, page counts, contents and real sample pages are shown on the website; minor visual differences across screens are not defects. "Coming soon" books are not for sale and their launch date or content may change.

4Prices, GST and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST; a GST invoice is issued for every order. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets); we never see or store your card/bank details. Prices may change without notice; your order is charged at the price shown at payment. If a price is shown grossly wrong due to a technical error, we may cancel the order before delivery with a full refund.

5Delivery and downloads

On payment confirmation, download buttons appear on the same page and links plus the GST invoice are sent by email (and WhatsApp, if chosen). 6Licence — what you may and may not do

Buying a book gives you a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to use it — not ownership of the content.

7Copyright and infringement

All books, designs, illustrations, logos and website content are copyright of ANSYS / FitJeevan or its authors (Copyright Act, 1957). Every download is logged (time, IP, device). On infringement we may revoke access without refund and take legal action, including damages, under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

8Cancellation and refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled after payment and are non-refundable once the download link is provided. Refunds apply only in three technical situations — non-delivery, double charge, or defective file — reported within 7 days. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9Health disclaimer

Our books provide general educational information only and are not a substitute for a doctor's advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified doctor before any medicine, remedy or change. 10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including outcomes of health decisions, or loss of data or time). Interruptions of internet, bank, payment gateway or email services are beyond our control.

11Acceptable use

Tampering, hacking, using bots/scripts to place orders or submit forms, paying with stolen cards/accounts, or harassing others is prohibited. We may cancel or block orders, revoke access and inform authorities. You agree to indemnify us for any loss caused by your breach of these Terms.

12Email and WhatsApp messages

By ordering you agree to receive order, download, invoice and support messages by email; WhatsApp messages only if you opt in at checkout or message us on WhatsApp. New-book notifications are sent only if you join a waitlist — reply "STOP" anytime to unsubscribe.

13Grievances, disputes and governing law

For any complaint, first contact our Grievance Officer Manish Prajapati (Proprietor, ANSYS) at contact@fitjeevan.co.in or WhatsApp +91 73790 91769. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the new version appears on this page with its date. Your order is governed by the version in force at the time of payment (version: 2026-10-14). If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
